We have lived in the neighborhood for 5 years. We plan on being here long term and would like the opportunity to serve the neighborhood.
MICHELLE CHAMBLESS
I have served in a support role for the Board since 2019, building the neighborhood website and records database. I’ve maintained the digital platforms and communications since then, helping to ensure resident info is current and facilitate various administrative tasks. I am open to keeping this role while also serving in a Board seat as needed.
JOSH GOODIN
As your current president I would like to continue to serve our neighborhood. I have a goal of serving three years so that we can accomplish some longer term projects like a pool upgrade and other improvements that will increase our values. My family and I have been members of the Stone Creek community since the beginning of 2018. I have three kids with two fifteen year olds still at home. My oldest is in college in CA learning Computer Science. We live on the main Boulevard, so we get to see a lot of what goes on in the neighborhood. Additionally, I currently run a national company from my home here in the neighborhood, so I am mostly around unless I am traveling. Thank you for allowing me to serve our little community.
BOB MCGOUGH
I've lived in Fairhope most of my life and in this neighborhood for 11+ years. My wife Lane and I have two daughters, Charlie (12) and Savannah (22). I'm an MAI certified general appraiser, local real estate agent with Bellator, and the Gulf Coast Region Market Lead for Cushman and Wakefield Valuation and Advisory Services. I sit on the Appraisal Institute Alabama / Mississippi Chapters state board and the Real Estate board for the University of South Alabama.
MATT WILKINS
I’ve lived with my family in Stone Creek for over 7 years, and have served on the Stone Creek board as the Facilities Director for two years. I have 14 years experience as a maintenance manager in the Marine, Crane, and Offshore industries. I am also a Heavy and Railroad general contractor, and can lend expertise in areas related to construction, water features, drainage & irrigation, transmission or pipe lines, etc.
